🔁 Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your product.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- A proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
- The product must be returned with all accessories, cables, and manuals.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item is:
- Used, installed, or damaged by the customer
- Returned without original packaging
- Customized or ordered in bulk (unless faulty)
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items damaged due to misuse, accident, or incorrect installation
- Products that have been modified or disassembled
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
📦 Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Shipping fees (original and return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
🔧 Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with:
- Clear photos or video of the issue
- Your order number and contact details
We will assess the case and may offer a replacement, repair, or full refund based on the condition and warranty coverage.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- You will receive an email confirmation once processed.
